Alpine music with Amadeo Kronig
A musician through and through.
I come from a musical family in Upper Valais with a tradition spanning over 100 years.

On New Year's Eve 1975, I played publicly for the first time in Jeizinen ob Gampel in the beautiful Valais region, at Isabelle's Restaurant Bielti. From then on, I had the pleasure of enhancing countless occasions with my accordion.
In the early 1980s, I had the great fortune to get to know the legendary Hotel Glocke in Bern. Every evening, music was performed there by renowned musicians such as Arthur Prisi, Fredy Stocker, Fredy Fuchs, Ernst Ruchti, Peter Balmer, Ueli Stump , and many more. From the mid-1980s onwards, I became a regular member of this group and also participated in numerous folklore shows with Peter Hinnen .
From the early 1990s onwards, I was fortunate enough to celebrate unexpected successes with the band Prisi-Kronig-Stump-Leuenberger, performing throughout Switzerland, on radio and television. It was an absolutely fantastic time.
After playing music almost exclusively in private settings for the past few years, I'm now back. This is also thanks to modern technology, which allows me to perform my favorite songs – and hopefully yours too – as a solo musician, just like a full band.
